敬致全校師生:

中央流行疫情指揮中心指示自即日起至 10 月 4 日，疫情警戒為第二級。雖然這幾日本土案例為零星1-2例，然因應中秋節日人流大量移動，多數同學回校、新生入校、及課程線上至10/1止，維護本校校園的健康與安全是大家的責任。

為掌握全體人員在連續假日後，例如個人是否出國旅遊、個案接觸史、熱點足跡，以及是否接種疫苗、近期是否接受快篩等的健康狀況，期可提供安全校園，讓同學安心學習。故啟動填寫每日體溫症狀監測的所有上述內容。

若尚未下載本校APP者，請掃描下列後再上APP填寫每日體溫症狀監測。

備註:本APP提供許多的便利功能，例如1922疫苗登記、5倍振興卷登錄、課程學習相關訊息……等

即將實體上課，仍提醒大家遵守國家與校內相關規定:

1.進入校園請務必全程戴上口罩，並落實量體溫、掃描足跡。

2.各建築物請落實24小時門禁刷卡之規定。並於出入口管制點，設置體溫量測記錄站，於上課期間執行體溫量測。

3.辦理集會活動，請按校方規範辦理。集會活動時，採固定座位且為梅花座、實聯制、全程佩戴口罩、禁止飲食。

Please fill out the daily body temperature and symptom record tracking

 

Dear Colleagues and Students,

 

The COVID-19 alert has been lowered to Level 2 until October 4th, according to Taiwan's central epidemic command center (CECC). There are only sporadic local cases in these days, but due to the massive movement over the Mid-Autumn Festival, we have a significant number of students returning home, new students arriving, and an online class till October 1st. It is everyone's task to protect the health and safety of our campus.

 

We encourage all people to fill out the daily body temperature and symptom record tracking, which includes travel and case contact history, footprint track record, vaccination status, rapid screening test record, and other health-related information, in order to better understand our health after the consecutive holidays. All of this will helps the university in providing a secure environment for students to learn in.

Note: The NCKU Announcement Platform APP offers a variety of useful features, such as 1922 vaccination booking, stimulus voucher registration, course information, and more.

 

As the classes will start the face-to-face learning, all of us should keep in mind to keep following the relevant national and school regulations:

 

1. Always wear mask whenever enter the university area, do the body temperature measurement, and scan barcode for track record.

 

2. Please implement 24-hour access control card regulations for all buildings. Temperature measurement will be conducted at entry or exit control points of buildings, and please measure body’s temperature during school days.

 

3. If you want to plan a gathering activity, please see the university regulations for more details. Set up checkerboard seating throughout the events, limit the physical contact, wear a mask during the activities, and restrict eating or drinking.
