National Cheng Kung University "Drama Program" Setting Method

On October 17, 2010, the 1st curriculum committee meeting of the 1st semester of the 103rd academic year of the Faculty of Letters passed the revision

On November 14, 2012, the 1st curriculum committee meeting of National Cheng Kung University's 102 academic year was revised and approved

Article 1 National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the school), in order to cultivate students’ professional ability in the field of drama, has set up the "Drama Program" (hereinafter referred to as the program) in accordance with the regulations of the school's interdisciplinary credit program setting guidelines.

 

Article 2 This course is a cross-department credit course, which is jointly organized by the relevant institutions of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, and the dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts may designate one full-time teacher who is an assistant professor or higher in the school to serve as the convener to implement the course various matters.

 

Article 3 This program has a program committee with 7 to 9 members, and the dean is an ex officio member who is hired by the convener to review the curriculum and development related matters of this program. The term of office is two years, renewable once.

 

Article 4 At least 15 credits of courses in this program. Basic course: it is the basic knowledge course that lays the foundation for this course, no less than 4 credits. Advanced course: It is a course that deepens and broadly expands the various professional qualities and training courses of this course, no less than 6 credits.

 

Article 5 The courses of this course include drama, Chinese opera, and cross-cultural (category) theater. For details of course names and credits, please refer to the announcement on the website of the Course Center (College of Arts) in each academic year; the course committee shall coordinate each year Relevant institutions offer various courses of this course for students to study. If there is any doubt about taking the courses of this course, the course committee may be convened to discuss it.

 

Article 6 Comprehensive lectures (or workshops) may be offered in this program, with 2 to 3 credits for each lecture, in a systematic way to strengthen students’ professional knowledge, accomplishments and training among the relevant courses of this program.

 

Article 7 The recognition of relevant courses in other colleges and departments must be approved by the program committee before they can be recognized as credit courses in this program.

 

Article 8 The program may plan students’ off-campus internships according to needs, including contacting off-campus internships for professional courses or industry-university cooperation off-campus internships, selection of cooperative institutions, formulation of internship cooperation contracts, distribution of student internship units, and evaluation of the effectiveness of students’ off-campus internships , Negotiation of appeal cases for students' off-campus internship rights and other related rights and interests protection.

 

Article 9 Students who study this course should apply from the time of enrollment to the deadline for course selection in the second semester of the last year of study (excluding extension of study period); Check the previous year's transcripts, apply for the issuance of the course certificate, apply for the issuance of the course certificate to the program, and issue it after review and approval by the program committee.

 

Article 10 If there are any matters not covered in these Measures, they shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Article 11 This method is approved by the curriculum committee meeting of the college, and will be implemented after being submitted to the curriculum committee meeting of the school for future reference. The same is true for amendments.
