Course planning and credit description

In terms of credits:

A minimum of 15 credits of courses is required for this program.

1. Basic course: it is the basic knowledge course that lays the foundation for this course, no less than 4 credits.

2. Advanced course: It is a course that deepens and broadly expands the various professional qualities and training courses of this course, with no less than 6 credits.

Curriculum:

1. For details, please refer to the announcement on the website of the Program Center (College of Liberal Arts) in each academic year; the Program Committee coordinates with relevant institutions to offer courses for students to study. If there is any doubt about taking the courses of this course, the course committee may be convened to discuss it.

2. Comprehensive lectures (or workshops) may be offered in this program, with 2 to 3 credits for each lecture, in a systematic way to strengthen students’ professional knowledge, accomplishment and training among the relevant courses of this program.

3. The identification of relevant courses in other departments must be approved by the program committee before they can be recognized as credit courses in this program.

4. Timely arrange troupe demonstration performances and presentations; to meet the needs of the three types of courses, invite troupes to perform demonstration performances or presentations, so that students can appreciate the performing arts of professional actors and serve as a benchmark for students to learn.

5. In addition to theoretical research, focus on practical performance, and cooperate with domestic theater troupes to organize workshops, so that students can gain a deep understanding of the beauty of opera performance art and experience the interactive and innovative parts of drama through the learning of performing arts. The results will be accepted and published at the end of the semester ; Or cooperate with the school's Chinese drama club and noodle theater troupe to perform some roles. In addition to experiencing the fun of being on stage, it can also promote exchanges and interactions between course learning and clubs.

6. According to the theme of each academic year, invite domestic experts, scholars and screenwriters in related fields to give a series of speeches and discussions.

7. According to the subject of the course and the contents of the speeches and seminars, invite the graduate students participating in the course to publish papers at the end of the semester, hold a postgraduate thesis presentation meeting, and let students comment on the papers; on the one hand, cultivate the ability to think about problems and write papers; Examining the merits and demerits of other people's papers can also strengthen students' paper evaluation and examination ability. After the thesis publication meeting, the course teacher or external experts and scholars will conduct observation reports, briefly comment on the published postgraduate thesis, and make a summary report as the acceptance of the course and lecture results.
