目的

        The parties aim to develop direct contact and cooperation between their researchers, students, departments, institutes, centers, and programs in order to foster collaborative projects and activities in fields of teaching and research to be agreed upon, subject to the availability of funding. The parties have entered into this MOU for the purpose of setting forth their mutual understanding and agreement with respect to such direct contact and the development of potential cooperative programs.

內容

1. Exchange of invitations to scholars and research staff for lectures, talks, and sharing of experience;

2. Exchange of invitations to scholars and research staff to participate in conferences, colloquia and symposia;

3. Exchange of faculty for teaching and research;

4. Joint research projects, including the organisation of international conferences, symposia, and workshops;

5. Joint publications and library exchanges;

6. Movement of students between the two institutions, including exchanges, internships, and participation to conferences, colloquia and symposia;

7. Exchange of academic materials, publications, references, and information in fields of interest to both parties;

8. Other forms of collaboration, such as masterclass, graduates seminars, summer programs, or missions.

期效

本協議書經雙方院長簽名後生效，有效期為五年。
