Hsiu-Chi Auditorium
Located on B1 of the Hsiu-Chi Building, Kuang-Fu Campus, the lecture hall has 140 seats (with a recommended capacity of 100 participants).
Events organized by departments and institutes within the College of Liberal Arts during office hours are free of charge. A venue rental fee will be charged to units outside the College.
Please read the Venue Management Guidelines carefully before submitting a reservation request.

Notes
- As a general principle, meetings and activities organized by departments and institutes within the College of Liberal Arts are exempt from venue fees. However, if admission fees are charged to participants or if venue rental expenses have already been included in a project budget, the College may charge an appropriate venue usage fee.
- Venue usage fees shall be charged to other units within the university and to external organizations.




Venue Rental Fee Payment Methods
Please complete payment for the venue rental fee at least one week before the scheduled date of use. Payment may be made through the following methods:
1. Cash Payment
Please make the payment in person through the designated staff member of the College of Liberal Arts, National Cheng Kung University.
