People diagnosed with COVID-19 will be allowed to enter the campus when completing a 5-day quarantine period and then having a negative result of rapid test (the above measure will be implemented on November 14)

To all faculty, staffs, and students,

According to the new policy of Central Epidemic Command Center, the period of home quarantine period for people with COVID-19 will be shortened to 5 days on November 14, and thus the regulation for COVID-19 in NCKU will be amended.

  1. For people who are diagnosed with COVID-19, please conduct a rapid test after completing a 5-day quarantine period. Then, entering campus is allowed when the test result is negative.
  2. If there is a person diagnosed with COVID-19 who lives with you, a 7-day self-initiated epidemic prevention is required. During the period of self-initiated epidemic prevention, you may enter the campus or attend class when you are asymptomatic and have a negative result for COVID-19 test in recent 2 days. If you feel any discomfort, please rest or seek medical attention, instead of entering campus.
